Quick Details: Timely Nonsense brings the traditional 6 hour/12 hour timed events into the city. The race will be held at Horner Park where runners will spend their allotted time running a .75 mile paved loop path around the park. The Park is a 58-acre park located at the intersection of California and Montrose.
Aid Station: There will be one aid station at the Start/Finish. It will be stocked with your typical ultra fare. At the Park, there is also a vendor selling hot dogs, popsicles, sodas, and almost every ultra treat you can imagine.
Start Times: The start time is 7am for both times.
Team Options: There is a team option available. You can sign up as 2 person relay team or 4 person relay team.
The Course: Race Course 1 Mileish Loop – The course is a .97 mile loop around the park.
The Nonsense: At the top of every hour, a new challenge will be given that the runners can complete in the course of that hour. Past years challenges have included rolling down the hill in the park or going down the slide at the playground so you can expect similar shenanigans this year.
Loop Direction: The course will be ran in a counter clockwise direction.
Bathrooms: There is a port a potty on course and the rec center is open from 9am-5pm Race Day
Packet Pick-Up: 6:00am – 6:45am at the starting line, located at the southwest corner of the park, near the dog park.
