Running Up that Hill Challenge

I just got back from a delightful trip to Madrid. I highly recommend it, if only for the extreme hill workouts that you’re able to get.

This trip has inspired me to challenge you all to put a hill workout in your running routine this week. Maybe 4-8 hill repeats from a minimum of 30 seconds to the top of the hill. (I’d recommend a warm up and cool down, but you do you.)

As always, using airplane arms when going down the hill is the most efficient running form for downhill stability.
